We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Around 4:10 I was waiting on a long line already which is fine. I was just surprised that I didn’t receive a receipt, but of course assuming that everything will be fine. Nope ordered five chicken bit boxes. And most of the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. Very disappointed that I had to feed my children this meal after spending $21 dollars on five. When I called and told them the problem, they said bring it back and we will exchange for a new … leaving toward Sneads ferry. I told them I was not coming back, wasting gas that I obviously might not afford. They told me if I couldn’t bring it back then oh well. I hope that know I’m not coming back for another year, I try every year but it gets worse, at this point I would never go back.

Worse place ever I have lived in Jacksonville for 5yrs and have visited this checkers 10x and have only been able to order from here once. I sit in the drive through for about 3-5 minutes and I drive off. Now I have to go to burger King #burgerkingmakesitright checkers drive through is tiny disgusting and looks ghetto at night associates will be outside hanging out instead of inside working I get breaks but it’s not breaks iv pulled into the drive through and they will walk slowly inside. There intercom doesn’t work. Checkers corporate does not care about this location its sad. JUST SHUT IT DOWN ALREADY

I usually go to the place about once a month when I’m in the area. Over the past 6 months to a year it has really gone downhill. The service is awful the food presentation is awful. Never had a bad batch of fries. Now they have managers with earbuds in their ear and not answering the drive through speaker with one person in line in the front of building and just me in the drive thru. I missed the old crew they were on it.

My son-in-law and I stopped off at Checkers on our way home. First, the person taking the order was rude. Then, when we got to the window, she snatched my card once she even acknowledged we were at the window after laughing and socializing with her coworkers. Next, when handing out the drinks, they were not marked nor did she tell us which was which. Then, because I have a habit of checking the food, she left out food from the oder. When my son-in-law went to get the missing food, they asked for a receipt. Well, guess what? The lady didn’t give us one. But anyone who has been to that checkers or any Checkerd knows they have two drive ups, and you can clearly see if someone has left and come back or if they pulled off! All-in- all I will NEVER go back to them. The service is getting worse instead of better.

Terrible drive thru employee. He chose to not accommodate my request for mayo. They didn’t have any packets and he just stood there. They have burgers that they put mayo on and they DO have it, but he wouldn’t go get it. I asked for ranch instead and he said it’s .52 cents. When I asked to have it for free he said “what kinds of restaurants do that, this is a business.” Um, Burger King does, and since you wouldn’t give me the mayo I knew you had, the least you could have done was accommodate. If you hate your job that much, you should quit.

I decided to try out something new, after driving past this restaurant for so long, and was not impressed at all with not only the food, and high prices, but the atmosphere as well. The Burger tastes like a generic hamburger that you get from the freezer section in a grocery store, there’s no seasoning and very bland. The fries were okay, taste like they’re coated in a sweet batter. Lastly we ate our meal outside at a table under an umbrella, and two employees had gathered within a few feet from us, and started smoking cigarettes. Nothing better than eating your meal, with a side of second hand smoke. No respect at all! I will not be supporting this business ever again.

Wasn’t the best quality of fast food as expected or thought it would. Somehow we got a meal added that we never order, which explains why it was much more pricier then expected. And it wasn’t too clean around the area. I mean debris happens and bird poop, but it could be kept up abit better along with landscaping. I can’t imagine the bathroom then.

i know people were working, it says online on their website and it was broad daylight before they closed. NOBODY took our order, when i called when i got home someone picked up the phone, made loud obnoxious noises and hung up. When i tried to call back they disconnected the LINE. DO NOT EVER EAT HERE. I used to love checkers but it went downhill.

This is literally the worst Checkers I’ve ever ordered from or ate from. The food was cooked terribly, it was stale. The intercom wasn’t working. The workers had 0 cares about their service. This was at about 11PM on a Friday night.
