In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. I go there when I can get to Florence occasionally. Service was very friendly and prompt but they were out of fries! How can a place known for fries be out of fries? And I did not get what I ordered. No ketchup on my burgers and my double patty burger only had one! Wasn’t there supposed to be tomatoes too! Service has always been spotty. Not going back cause the trend is getting worse.

Firstly… I chose this location due to the ice cream ALWAYS being unavailable at the location across town. NO LUCK-The ice cream was unavailable here as well. C’mon y’all, it’s summertime and you have ice cream availability on the menu. I now have to classify that part of the opinion as no better than McDonald’s.

I usually like Checkers, if today was my first time eating there, I wouldn’t be back. This location is extremely dirty, the fries tasted like they sat too long. I have had their Garlic parmesan wings many times and really like them. These were the worst I have ever had. Normally the food has been good, today was an epic fail!

They were out of medium size stuff for combos, I tried to order the fully loaded fries they were out of the cheese sauce and something else, so I ordered the chicken bites they were out of honey mustard, finally got to the window after waiting forever and I’ll be damned if they didn’t have change for a $100. As busy as they were at that time they definitely should’ve at least had change. Me and my boyfriend spent almost $40 and I will never again.

I’ve never had checkers before, but my dad said there fries are the best, so we stopped and got some, along with fish sandwiches. He was right about the fries, they really are the best, but the fish had no flavor. It could have used tarter sauce, maybe cheese or seasonings, a little lettuce, something to give it some flavor and less dry. This place in in bad need of review and investigation from corporate headquarters! On 6/7/22 I tried to order the chicken sandwich and I was told “we don’t have any chicken today.” THE SIGN CLEARLY AVERTISES CHICKEN! There was no one working inside, instead she was standing outside with her headset on smoking pot with another employee and telling people the card machine was down. I finally tried one more time today and was successful with getting my chicken sandwich, but the people behind me were not. She told them “We don’t have chicken.” Sounds to me like this place is run by careless people who don’t want to work right.

First time at Checkers. Food was delivered fast. Hard to understand the speaker. No unsweetened tea available, which was a negative (I am diabetic and do not drink carbonated drinks). The food was not hot. The taste was not there. The price was low … I suppose you get what you pay for. Needed to get food and get on the road. This was not a good option.

90% of the menu wasnt available. Most drinks were not available. I chose not to order but my sister did and the fries she ordered reeked of the smell of very old grease. They were so greasy and smelly that she threw them in trash and we went to zaxbys.The drive thru glass windows were soooo nasty. It looked as though they had never been washed.
