In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I came in today and received raw chicken tenders. I have not been to checkers in years and probably might not come back. The lady corrected my order and she was nice, but biting into a raw chicken tender can seriously ruin your day. Also noticed the health department rating was a C? I wish I would have noticed this sooner. Again I would like to say the lady that corrected the food was very nice about it, but I just think it should be noted that whoever is making the chicken is not making sure it has been cooked long enough.

This place is disgusting! The inside of the kitchen looks nasty, files landing on everything, food is old, bacon sitting on top of the warmer…. not covered up, hamburger in a silver pan sitting on top of the grill drying out, the workers not in uniform and their clothes looked like they were playing in dirt all day! When I asked the manager for my money back she wanted to have an attitude! Girl ,if you don’t get this nasty behind place cleaned up and fresh food cook!! This place needs to be shut down permanently .

OMG such a horrible experience. I ordered 2 deep sea doubles and a double cheese burger with just mayo and tomato on the deeps and cheese and ketchup on dbl bc for my nephew. I get home all of them are made all the way. Then as you can see the deep sea doubles fried so long they hard and not edible. I called back 3 times to let them know and it just rang and rang and rang. I need a number to corporate bc total waste of my money.

There is not a Checkers in the area where I reside. Therefore, I try to stop at this location when I’m visiting. The service was fast. The food was hot and fresh. I’m not used to the AI Robot taking the order at the speaker, but it was not bad.

I used to come here all the time as a kid and was craving it so we decided to stop by. The cashier was super friendly and made my day! I wish I would have caught her name. There were no other cars waiting in line and we ordered from the drive through. Our food was out pretty fast. Our burgers tasted fine, but the parmesan loaded fries were reaaaally salty. I like things that are seasoned well, but it tasted like a whole tablespoon of extra salt was dumped on them. The parking lot makes the place look abandoned. Overall the experience was just alright. With a little love and care, this place could be what it used to be.

I normally go through no problem but these last couple times I’ve ordered, I’ve been very disappointed. Of course, they are one of the only places up the road from my job and I went to grab something quick. There were two cars in front of me (one who was already waiting when me and the other car got there) and it still took like 20 mins. I ordered the half pound chicken bites and ended up with 6 pieces of chicken in the box with all these fries! When I attempt to call, you can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. I recommend the other one in Florence if you really want to eat at checkers but the one located on Irby street in Florence is just a waste!

Terrible service. Only 4 cars in front of me but it took 20 minutes to get up to the box. There’s never any milkshakes! They didn’t have the spicy chicken. Employee was rude. And my fries were obviously old, soggy and very dark with burnt crisps attached to them. I don’t normally leave reviews so yea they might as well shut this place down.
