As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Get to the speaker and after the initial intro the box wasn’t saying anything so I just spoke my order clearly because I knew the staff inside can hear what’s going on. Wait 15 minutes to get to the widow and was told they didn’t get the order and also we’re not allowed to take an order at the window. My only option was to go back around and wait in line again…. Never going here again. Worst checkers in the area

Came to Drive thru on Saturday 25 February. Ordered Buford combo with Banana shake Lg, 2 chili dogs w/onions, for $3 more small fries and Coke, 10 piece Garlic Parmesan wings total $37 dollars and change. Card was swiped for payment. Then the staff says “we’re out of wings, we can give you tenders. I Declined!! Then the owner/manager came and asked the same thing. My response was the same. He states “I will refund the wing’s.” I’ve called this place trying to speak with some one to let me know what is going on. I Only Want My Refund!! By the way I never was given 2 receipts. Please advise???

The problem at this restaurant wasn’t the food it was the employees. The customer service was terrible, the employee at the window was clearly and new staff still being trained she was a sweetheart but her manger seem to be rushing her to do everything. I was missing a few items off of my order and the manger was very rude about & attempted to argue with me over what I had and didn’t have. Definitely don’t recommend!

The portions are not as advertised… In fact super small, it was extremely overpriced, and even for a fast food restaurant in the “hood” the service sucked ,and the food was ill prepared,and it took forever!! They’ll never have to worry about me pulling up there again!!
