In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. I do like this location. The reason for the 3 stars is that sometimes my burger comes out very oily. This was my 3rd time coming, and the burger is still oily. If u order from the app. Sometimes, the fries get cold, too. Over all the are pretty quick.

This location is constant and consistent trash. Food is always cold or old. ALWAYS!!!!!!(can’t say this loud enough) Ask if food is fresh they will tell you “yes it just came off the grill”, what isn’t said is the fact that the meat had been cooked awhile earlier and they were just reheating the old meat. Bread is stale. Usually stale. Do you even receive fresh food at this location ? I thought Memorial Dr. was trash but Snellville is winning the trash award. horrible customer service. Confrontational and ignorant. I’m sure I will receive a response from the owner with no action behind it. Based off the previous reviews, I can’t and won’t expect different and it’s clear they won’t be changing. It’s the same core staff that’s been there for months. Steak and shake is right down the street, better service/fresh food and the prices are about the same.

It was fine but then I payed 10 dollars for a cold burger and got concerned. Considering customer reviews a week ago have told me that food poisoning is a thing and the food is cold I wish I never went. Thats ridiculous cause we will wait for good food so its really lazy. I was afraid to eat my food cause top to bottom it was cold. The fries was fine. U get sick by serving cold food.

Placed a Door Dash order. I was missing 5/8 items. Called the store to see what could be done. Overnight female manager was extremely RUDE. Wanted me to bring back the food I had already ate & paid for. Commented on background noise (my kids laughing), which is none of her concern. I eat here often, being that it’s close to home. NEVER have I dealt with the disrespect.

They guys working without gloves touching meat the lady came outside with gloves on walks back in with them on. Guys walking around with pants to their knees and the lady was very rude. Not how you talk to customers, the owner should take action because the workers are bad for business.

I went through the drive though and the fries were hard as a rock. I was like I paid 3.39 for some rock-like fries OMG never going to this particular checkers again YUCK! The Manger was not even apologetic the customer service was just as bad as those fries

Manager Tina was very rude tried to charge my husband who she addressed as ma’am $17 for a $6 meal and said because he ordered an extra sauce ???? The cashier was polite but Tina should retire from any type of customer service position

The employees on shift 5/8/23 at 12:41am turned us away even though their website, says they’re open until 2am, their sign says they’re open, and their lights are on. The employees were just sitting outside chilling and talking refusing to take our order.
