In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

My experiece
I ordered the 6ct cheese sticks but I only got 4 but they were fresh. I like the fact that this location is giving out samples of the cookie brownie although I tried it at another location last week. I highly recommend this delicious hot treat and it’s served with vanilla ice cream…Thank me later !!!

I ordered two of the $5.00 deals and cheese sticks. They stuffed my order in a smell bag. When I received my food, some wasted inside the bag and the chicken bites was falling out into the car. As this is happening one Hispanic female is seeing what is happening. I’m also asking for another bag. She slams the window, total disrespect. I blow the horn and a male ask can he help. I explained what’s going on and let him know how rude his employee was. He went over with me about how their meals are packaged and replaced the item that fell out the bag.

Checkers done fell off. I went UP there and ordered the fish sandwich and checkers use to be know as that BIG FISH SANDWICH. FRESH HOT CRISPY MAN I GOT THE FISH AND WAS DISAPPOINTED. The experience was terrible I waited 20 mins for my order and got the wrong order the cook was on her cell phone and fixing orders at the same time a cross contamination problem the manage was so not caring about what went on in the store the cashier closed the window in my face when I WAS TRYing to explain to the manager what was wrong with my order it was a terrible experience I never got to eat lunch because the decided she would just give me my money back and not fix my order.

My son and I came to this checkers on 10/15 4:15 am. The lady taking the order greeted us with we only have wings and chicken bites. I asked for 2 orders of chicken bites. I asked if they had fries because her greeting said only chicken wings and bites. I ordered 2 medium fries and 1 drink. I get to the window and asked how is my total 19 and some change? She replies cause you ordered two combos. I informed her that I did not. She turns and ask the guy working the fry station. Didn’t she order 2 combos he replied I didn’t hear that. I asked the lady who had her hand on her hip and rolling her neck why did she have an attitude. She slams the window and locked it. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. If I ordered a combo she didn’t take my second drink order so I’m confused as to how it was a combo. And how on earth do a burger place not have burgers. Management if you need me to describe the rude lady and the fry cook that night/early morning please respond. I get we all have bad days but this unacceptable and it’s your job!
