We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I don’t ever post reviews, but I’ve been turned away from this location 3 different times within the last couple weeks. I was told for “system issues”, “closing early”, and for “changing the grease”…? (I understand oil needs to be changed, but is there only one fryer? Is it standard to turn customers away for this reason?) I used to come here all the time growing up, but I have not had ONE good experience since moving back to the area. I’m just very disappointed because I used to love their food, but it’s a gamble every time I come whether they are actually serving customers… during operating hours. If you’re hungry, I’d suggest looking elsewhere because you’ll most likely be wasting your time coming here.

WARNING!!!! Beware at this location when using your debit or credit card. I used mine to pay for my meal and they never returned my card!!! When I asked about it they said they gave it back to me!! My wallet was still in my hand, waiting on them to return it to me!!! THEY KEPT MY CARD!!! I immediately cancelled it!!! I will never go to this location again!!! Again BEWARE!!!!!!

This is by far the Checkers from hell! They’re extremely rude. They don’t look pleasant at all. The only reason I come back is because there is an older gentleman who gives amazing service in the morning time. Other than that I stay away. And I only get fires when I come because everything else will be burnt or just don’t taste good! Please fire some of the employees. They take that job for granted. For sure.

Notice there wasn’t a line, so we decided to stop for a meal before an event. Placed order for 3 chicken bites and fries. Went to the window and the food was ready! I asked the lady if the food, especially the fries, were fresh due to the quick turnaround. She said mmhmm as she handed me the bag, and I gave her the payment. I checked the top box, and the fries seemed warm. I always go with my 1st instinct, but I didn’t this time around. The fries and the chicken were garbage! Chicken was SUPER dry that my kids and I didn’t eat it. It was horrible!! Money went to the trash with that horrible food. Smh.

Very bad service! Waited 15 minutes for ice cold food. Everything from the fries to the sandwiches were cold and old. We went back and asked to speak with a manager or store owner and Brianna stated she was the store manager and she didn’t have time to remake my food. I informed her I didn’t want a refund or my food remade I wanted to speak to the store owner. She then told me she didn’t have that information, a business card, or email address. She told me to come back tomorrow morning on 5/6/23 to speak to another manager named Kim.

Service is spotty, same for the quality of food. Only go here because I loved it as I kid and the one where I’m from closed down years ago. Tried to do an online order once and they lost it but found it conveniently after I got mad and then couldn’t give me the 2 milkshakes I ordered because the machine was down and they would refund or swap out anything. Had to call corporate for a refund. My recommendation is only order in person and be grateful for what you get

I never leave reviews but I needed to after tonight, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a checkers. the lady and the cook were both extremely rude they seemed to have a problem with the fact that I ordered a sandwich with no mayo and my fiancé wanted a sandwich with mayo because the robot machine got it wrong. When we got to the window I had my fiancé ask the lady to read our order back because I wanted to make sure the burgers were correct and she proceeded to say “sir you can read this receipt because im not about to do all that reading” how rude? Also as we were at the window the worker began cussing non stop because the robot machine kept going off and refused to take any orders.. she then proceeded to call the lady at the speaker “dumb af” and stated how she needed to “gtf on” I have had my fair share of rude workers but this takes the icing on the cake you guys need to fix this! Not to mention our food was extremely cold after waiting for 10 minutes all because they had to fix my burger that the robot got wrong!
