We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I wasn’t satisfied with my experience due to the wait time that I endured sitting at the window. The cashier was not friendly at all whatsoever, and abruptly forced my order out of the window. Not once did the lady greet me as a customer to say “hey, how are you?” She didn’t even repeat my order back to me, I had to ask just to confirm, which as a customer I shouldn’t have to do. The employees are VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. They no sense of urgency whatsoever!!! My burgers were cold when I received them. I HIGHLY SUGGEST hiring an ENTIRE NEW STAFF!!!!

The general manager is horrible rude and I’m talking about the bald headed one with the bug eyes. She talks to people any kind of way and will also cuss at you. I’ve never seen a old person be so rude just because you older food if you don’t like your job retire. There’s two other managers who do a great job the two lady’s are wonderful. This place would go alot smoother and make more money if they had a better general manager the community is calling for a change.

The service is TERRIBLE!!! never in my life such rude have I ever dealt with disrespectful service. Night time drive thru is even worse with the automatic voice thing. Food is NEVER RIGHT!! The gentlemen act more respectful than the ladies do. If they don’t want to be there they shouldn’t be on the mic with nasty attitudes. Don’t want to work stay home or quit.

The two ladies were impolite enough to totally ignore me in the drive through. Had to park the car and order the guy in walk in area. Food is expensive. We ordered fried potato and slush. Potato is salty and stale. Slush tastes very bad.

When I pulled up to the window, I told the cashier that I had a mobile order, and that I had to drive around to the opposite side of the building to receive it. I’ve been frequenting this Checkers for quite some time and I’ve never had to drive around the building until today 04/13/2023. I only get 30 mins for my lunch break and I felt like that my lunch break was wasted on poor unacceptable customer service and friendliness. I’m not sure if I will ever come back to this restaurant after the experience that I’ve had.

I ordered three small french fries, I was told that the total was three something though I could barely understand what she was saying, so when I got to the window I asked for a receipt, I was told it would be in the bag, my bank statement says I was charged $9.39 for three small french fries. Sounds like somebody stealing to me.
