We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Though the food is good the service and the store itself are all trash. The guy with glasses has an attitude for no reason. The drive thru window is caked in grease ON THE OUTSIDE! Their score card obscured so chances are they’re barely passing. Throw the whole building away…workers included.

Food was cold, fries were hard and rubbery. Customer service sucks! Outside was nasty and smelly. We went to the window due to the long drive thru line. Only thing good was the Strawberry soda. I asked for a refill due to long wait I guess he was the supervisor that said this is now BK we don’t do refills boo.

ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE THE BEST APPLE PIE… Checkers is terrible in every way, especially the rude men and women working on Moreland Avenue. I didn’t think any Burger joint could get worse than Burger King. Even though their milkshakes are better than McDonald’s, the terrible service makes none of it worth it. THEY ARE SO INCONSISTENT WITH THE FRENCH FRIES IT’S RIDICULOUS most of the times they are burnt, other times they’re greasy, and quite often soft and undercooked.

Food temperature Burgers were icy cold! Fish sandwiches looked and tasted as if microwaved on a 3 (three) second timing! Pies were like warm. I was so disappointed by this Moreland Avenue 30316 location! Normally everything is perfect! What’s happening now? It was my favorite location! Had I known, I would not have spent over $35.00 cash! Lesson learned! No more! Unsatisfied customer!
