As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in awhile, very impatient and kept repeating the order back wrong had to correct the worker 3 times before she got it right. I pulled up to the window to pay and I was having to transfer money onto my card and the cashier was repeating the total over and over after I said just give me one second sir. Did not even get my drinks nor sauces either that I ordered and did not get the receipt either. All in all the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. Oh and my food had a hair in it!

I walk up to the walk up window and the workers are hiding just out of sight watching me stand there. When I saw one of them they seem to think it was some type of funny game. What are you hiding for, the drive thru was not even bysy. Then it turned into rocket science to place my order using my rewards account. The scanner evidently doesn’t work. Seems to be a thing around Dalton I’m thinking to save money on food given out to rewards members. Then a young guy that seemed to be a team leader or manager seemed to have an attitude when I was getting a refill. Also the only condiments they had was ketchup packs. What about nugget sauce for my meal? Nuggets were overcooked and burned anyway. There is plenty of other options out there besides Checkers to go to.

They got our food wrong and then took a very pissy attitude toward us, it was as though we made the mistake. But that has been a long standing issue at this location. Good news is we are fortunate enough to have 2 more locations that are always a great experience.

This Checker’s is the absolute best! The staff is on point, the food is always hot and fresh, and even when they are busy you get in and out quickly. The only issue I had is it’s hard to hear the drive thru speaker because of the new carwash next door. But it’s not they’re fault for the noise obviously. Great place!

The guy in drive thru was rude and didn’t seem to care. No fork for girlfriends fries no ranch for my chicken and one napkin for the entire order. He rushed us out of drive like we were a bother to him. Won’t ever go back. Oh yeah don’t ask for a receipt there not to friendly about giving them.
