As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

That’s the first time I had a robot – literally – take my order. “She” asked if I wanted bacon on my burgers, I said yes, but didn’t get it. The fries are seasoned and great, the chicken bites ok, the burger ok, the slushy good. But I got 2 $5 meal bags and the total came to over $21. Not really worth it in my opinion.

The exterior of the building was run down and looked like it was falling apart. Tiles were missing, the drive through looked as though a semi crashed through there at 25 miles an hour, and the service window was stuck open. The burgers were okay, but fried were cold. The employees were rude. They saw us looking in the window ready to order and still waited 2-3 mins to finish their conversation before coming to take our order. I asked about using the restroom, and with a face replying as if I could use her mouth as a urinal, said, “We don’t allow the public to use our bathrooms.”
