In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

All the people that I have ever encountered at checkers really don’t want to be there they could care less about the customer and they will give you whatever is in the warmer. because they do not want to do the work, instead of treating a customer like that, why don’t you just find another job. Years ago I went to their management school for Rally’s when they first started in Kentucky and it was a nice place to work.

The drive thru is completely automated. And it hears orders you dont even say, then when I get to the Window the people inside seemed rather mad that they had to correct the mistakes of their equipment. The burger and fried were good though

We were on line for 40 minutes. There was no way to leave the line and leave the business. The service was atrocious. There was ONE person running the entire business. We ask and that is what we were told. The burgers were cold and simply not good.

I recently visited this location earlier today. Timing was great, got my order right and didn’t have to sit in drive thru to long. My fries and chicken bites were fresh. They did forget my sauce but overall good experience. The lady at the drive-thru Tonya was professional as well. I will be coming back
