As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Checkers burgers are very good as are the lemon pepper wings which surprised all of us! The chicken tenders abit bland but tender. Very good fast food and service was excellent! The mango slush was too sweet, fries greasy. Minus one star.

There is a man who works here and it seems he is always there whenever I go. Maybe he is the owner? He is so sincere and so kind. He has been extra good to me and super patient when I’ve come through with my many children (we have a large family, 12 kids). Despite the big orders and loud children, he always treats me as if he is glad I am there. I appreciate that so much.

Wonderful!!! No too busy. Pulled right up to A.I. taking our order which was cool. Drove around and there were only 2 employees. An older gentleman and a younger one. The older guy was sooooo pleasant and helpful! Were a little picky but our entire order was CORRECT, hot and served quickly considering the dropped fries when we got to the window! I’ll definitely be back! Thanked us for choosing them over McDonalds too! ❤️

This is the 2nd time we’ve visited this location after a high school baseball game and the staff here is unbelievably nice!!! From the manager to the workers- all so friendly! I’ve been down south for 23 years and this was the best checkers experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I have been to a few different checkers around Augusta over the last few months and the last four visits (none of them to this location) have been terrible. Our food was incorrect each time, and the last time we ordered, the food was not only wrong, but sloppily put together. The tops of the buns on the sandwiches we got were all broken and pieced back together which made it very diffficult to eat. I expressed my frustrations to my cashier today and she made sure our order was hot, neatly put together and correct before she handed it to us. I just want to say thank you to the Bobby Jones Checkers crew today. My food was accurate, hot, delicious and came out fast. Keep up the great work!

Just got done waiting almost 25 minutes in the drive thru and when I got to the window they hadn’t even started my order yet. They were short staffed I think only 2 people were working. I’ve been in the restaurant industry off and on all my life so I’m very patient especially when I know people are working hard without much help. I waited another 5 or 6 minutes at the window which was fine because I knew at least my food would be fresh. I watched my food come up and be made at the DT and I knew it was made incorrectly. I ordered 2 double spicy chicken sandwiches and they were made as singles. I asked the guy when he handed me my bag seconds after putting the items in the bag if they were singles or doubles (knowing the answer already) he said yes sir doubles. I said are you sure where he responded once again that they were. I leave and as I already knew he was wrong. I don’t care about the 2 or 3 dollars worth of value that I lost but I gave the guy two chances to own his mistake and he wouldn’t do it. To me him not owning it was worse than the mess up itself.
