We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I missed everything that is about checkers. From the french fries to the spicy chicken sandwich. I live in the north now where I don’t even have a Rally’s close by. But not even Rally’s comes close to the real thing that I know is called CHECKERS!! Customer service is great, and the wait was not long. Food was hot and ready to eat. Chili cheese dogs on the bomb. Everything on their menu is the bomb.

Oh man, it hurts to give this rating because I LOVE Checkers but I have to be honest. This location dropped the ball in a few ways and I was very disappointed to be honest, because I was so excited to stop by. It was 7-9 pm when we drove up and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a burger meal, chili cheese fries and funnel cake fries. The spicy chicken sandwich was warm(ish) not hot, very tiny amount of lettuce and was squishy with excess oil. The hamburger was fine, nothing special though. The chili cheese fries were also not hot or fresh fries, although the chili & cheese sauce was hot. The best part or freshest item was the funnel cake fries although half of them had powdered sugar and the other half didn’t. I was very bummed overall.

Don’t even waste your time going here. There are kids working in that kitchen playing around with your food, so therefore you will be wasting your hard earned money. One thing i don’t like to do is waste my time nor money that i work so hard for and not get my food up par. The wait time in the drive thru was ridiculous. I received no straw after receiving my strawberry milkshake and didn’t notice until i pulled off. I also got a chicken and fries box only to receive OLD chicken bites that clearly have been sitting. My chili cheese burger was very slopping an all over the place. On a fish sandwich the bread was soggy and falling apart as if it was made earlier that day. Sauce all over the bottom of the bun. Please get this fixed asap. No customer should have to deal with the disrespect of neglected food. Do better.

Talk about rude. We were the only car there and the guy taking our order acted like we were bothering him just by being there. Considering it was lunch time and they had no other customers you’d think they’d be a little more friendly that anyone chose to help fund their paycheck. I haven’t had checkers since I moved north and was excited for my kids to try what was my favorite burger place when I was younger. To bad the experience was more than tasteless.

This is my second time ordering from THIS location and ordering the same tbing and no recieving what i ordered. I just wanted shake and fries. Nope didnt get it. Instead i got wings and a shake. Im good on this location

If I could give a half star or no star I would. The lady over the drive thru intercom kept confusing the order and kept saying the total when I was not through ordering. She wasn’t rude just seemed like drive thru was not her strong suite and was frustrating. We sat at the window for just over 20 min prolly and at around 13 I asked for a refund and told them to keep the food that I still had yet to receive. She responded with it’s ready and walks away from the window and not return with the “ready” food for another 7 minutes. Just unacceptable for FAST FOOD.
