First time visiting this new location on Saxon. Parking is very limited. I walked in for counter service and was not greeted by any of the seven employees as they saw me walk in. There was no line and I still had to wait for an employee to walk from the back to help me as he stopped what he was doing. The whole ordering process was silent, he didn’t say a single word. He took my order and made my burger and I went on my way. The experience was highly dissatisfying with the employees being so unattentive and not providing even sub par customer service.

The bun isn’t even a bun. It’s flat bread. The meat isn’t even meat. It’s trash. This was probably the worst burger I ever ate at a NEW checkers. I hope you see this picture before buying there food.

It’s a good place to eat I have been a regular almost since it opened. The food has always been good the employees have been great to me even when they are having a busy day my service has always been fast. It’s been a great place to go when I’m hungry and don’t want to cook.

Okay wow, idk what happened to my good review of this place. I went here a month ago with my dad and the food was great! I had the mother cruncher, which just like the name was crunchy and tasty, my father had the mushroom burger because he loved mushrooms and he said it was delicious! The fries were seasoned and delicious and I got a cheesecake sundae which was delicious. My other family members who went said it was delicious and they liked the sundaes too. You guys just open so yeah mistakes happen, people are too picky and demanding when it comes to new locations. Anyway I love you Checkers and WILL come again.

Stopped in here over the weekend during the grand opening week. Service was alright. Could have been faster for only being a few cars in line, but the place is new and everyone is still getting used to the job. Especially since they have been packed with everyone wanting to try the place, it can be overwhelming. I had the chicken tenders and fries and both were delicious. No complaints. However they did forget the dipping sauce

Hello I took my friend and his Grandma to eat at Saxon Blvd. And the manager took our order and he was so polite and gave us good service despite of all of his interviews he had going on for new comers and even with an episode of a stupid guy that was yelling and saying all kind of obscenities to him from the drive true he kept his cool.. I’ve been craving for checkers forever but didn’t want to take the drive to Sanford. Reviews were right on the drive thru issue, very tight and poorly calculated i would say. The speaker box definitely is to forward and should have been placed further away from the curve. Not sure on why it took me 46 minutes to go though the drive thru from the moment I turned in to the moment I got my order and for the quality and price? I had 2 chicken and fries boxes in combo and 3 small shakes…$36.13

Quincy was very helpful along with his night time crew. Our uber driver messed the order up and I went down there to get it fixed. They not only fixed made it fresh and apologized and asked if the issue ever happened again just to called and they would handle it. Super nice and professional staff and service. I will be going back to hit them up again.
