We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Waited online for 22 minutes after ordering at a box with robot with no instructions on how to order . The building is falling apart literally while I was in line pieces of the roof were falling onto my hood. Absolutely horrible will never be back . The fried I oder they said was not ready so I was unable to even have a meal after 22 minutes of waiting in the drive through.

They have changed the menu options and now the drive through is controlled by a computer I would like to change my rating to 1 star instead of 5 I had to cancel my order 3 times and finally go to the walk up window only to find out that menu prices have changed and the person helping me was not trained very well all the while the other employees seemed to be arguing I would rather make my own burger than go here again.

Horrible I honestly feel like the workers here are so jealous and just nonchalant they should be ashamed that’s a baconzilla I asked for lettuce also got none charged for it also this sandwich was made so laxy and left sauce packets in the sandwich thanks for letting everyone know y’all over there you use mayonnaise out of sauce packets why what a company literally will hire anybody with 2 hands workers are careless and need to be fired you should be able to get a decent meal without the employee looking at you funny they don’t care about the company the represent the lady had on a durag hat and hoodie over it please do better and she also told the line cook add lettuce which I think he purposely didn’t put any on there who fault is it you work at checkers make better life decisions or come to work ready to serve

So, after a 4 hour road trip and a long weekend my daughter and I wanted something quick to eat. We stopped at Checkers on Northlake. After paying we were told they were waiting on fresh meat (it would take about 3 minutes ). About 15 minutes later a young man brought out our food and we were missing a fry. It took a few minutes for him to bring the fry out. We get down the street and my daughter’s MotherCruncher chicken was burnt and hard as a rock. We go back and wait another 15 minutes for a new sandwich ( the young man at the window yells out “they burnt another another Cruncher.” I guess this happens a lot, smh. My daughter takes a few bites and noticed the chicken was very chewy… see pic below. We went back AGAIN this time I just asked for my money back. I don’t think we will go there again.

Looks like my review is lining up with how this place typically gets reviewed. Poor service, long wait times and the employees should all be removed from their positions after how they treat the customers. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves for the Team they put together.

I am a food delivery driver. I have a pick order from this store at 10:35 am. The sign says they open at 10:00. The woman says they are not open until 11. There are three other vehicles in the parking lot besides mine. This is the second time this has happened to me at this store. This does not make me happy. And I’m sure it does not make the customers happy either. She was very rude.

Horrible. They gave me raw chicken. I spit it out immediately. When I went back to get a new sandwich they didn’t say a word, just handed me another chicken sandwich that was completely different. Never going back.
