We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This was an nice an fun stop to get my meal today So first at all the traffic this day was terrible I drove in 60 ave in Brandon FL, and i was hungry the I just Stop and when I order my food everything change to sad to happy and fun I order my food and everybody from the Cashier to the Manager make me fell great with the attention, Also My burger taste delicious and I received an delicious Sandwich for the same price. The food was great. Make sure that you check your bag to make sure you got your sauce that was ordered. To add to my last review. This is my 3rd time here, the second time I was here it was excellent! Now today is a totally different story, it must be the staff because I had the displeasure of having the young woman who was working the first time I came here. I asked for a cup holder, she gave me a broken one which the cup went thru. I ordered two meals that had chicken bites with it and she never asked if I wanted any sauce and when I did ask for sauce she informed me that it only comes with one sauce how do you order two separate meals that only come with one sauce? I think this particular young lady needs some retraining! This experience was a turn off for me!

I told him I had already ordered and he was dipping in something he shouldn’t be attitude got worse told him to give my food. Called me a B__ch and slammed the window. Terrible experience. I grew up in brandon , and like everyone else I have spent thousands of dollars at our local checkers. Time and time again I have gotten home only to realize that I didn’t get what I paid for , leaving me with the option of spending more time and gas to take the food back or just eat what someone else had ordered ,. My wife. Just went through checkers 2 days ago and of course did not get what she ordered , I have tried 20 times to call them to get our order replaced but still no answer. I can only assume the manger is to blame because certainly she knows the situation of her store , or maybe a new manager would’ve become a little more familiar with the current problems that face the out dated checkers that everyone in brandon use to love. I am preparing to go three now to see if they will give me what myself wife ordered , I will let you know the out come.
