We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Keisha was the sweetest employee I’ve ever meet.. she was running the counter and drive thru by herself and all of our food was super fresh and packed all the way… got our order in less than 10 minutes… she definitely deserves more money 🙂

First of all, I partially blame the company as a whole for FALSE ADVERTISING with their tenders. Nothing ever looks like the photo I guess, but there’s ZERO similarities other than the pepper sprinkled throughout batter.. Now whatever tenders these are have most definitely sat for HOURS and then redipped to be hot. You cannot tell me otherwise. I waited 20 minutes for my food today, AFTER ordering. I didn’t mind waiting. I was polite and thanked the woman at the window. I didn’t complain or cause a scene like some people would. But getting home and opening this which I bought for my child is disappointing. ALL of my food should have been fresh if I’m waiting that long. Food safety, temperatures and timing is so important and in place for a reason. This is due to pure laziness or concern for food cost/waste. Either way it should not outweigh food safety. I’m glad that I check my child’s food and was able to throw this away. Otherwise he would have just eaten it and most likely have spent the next few days sick.

First off I love Checkers food. It’s on the more expensive side when it comes to fastfood so I can’t make it my go-to fastfood joint. Don’t even bother, I love checkers. However, this one is always understaffed and there’s always some excuse why you’re not able to put in an order. The excuse today was that their system was down yet the car behind me got the excuse. They had to put their cook on break and there were the only one there… Whoever manages this place needs some dire help.
