We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I own a checkers and this is not the way this establishment should be ran. I pulled up and no one was at the window for 20 minutes then I call up to the store and the manager answers and all of a sudden 3 people appear. They didn’t even have my pick up ready. This was our first visit to a checkers. The staff were very friendly and upbeat. They asked us if we wanted to try the big buford or apple pies which we didn’t but appreciated the reminder. The food came out very quick and stayed warm until we arrived home 15 minutes later. Sauce and napkins were in the bag and they even included Ketchup which we forgot to ask for and didn’t have at home. The fry seasoned chicken strips were delicious, everything was! We will definitely return and try more items.

Rude staff, very ghetto, kid at window looks like he was high on crack, and lady behind him after we asked if our ranch was there because we didn’t see it she snapped back with an attitude. Won’t come back, for out of state people being excited for it the food was bad.

Tried the Chedda Chedda chicken sandwich. I can’t say it was that great but those darn Checkers fries are Heavenly. Loved that they offer a new extra large, great for sharing because even thou your friends/family say they don’t want anything, as soon as they see this fries, you know they’re going to grab some!

I am done with Checkers forever. One person can only take so much of bad service. They cannot seem to get the order right more times than not and the food varies from amazing to disgusting. On the rare occasion the food is top notch but most of the time it is sub par and they often forget items and i dont notice until i am home. My bad but I assume they got my back. With all the options in this town it is no wonder there is never a line at the drive thru. Even McDonalds, Burger King and Taco bell who serve much worse food have a larger customer base. It is because of proper service. Such a shame.

I was told by the employees that they would not be able to take my order due to being short staffed and would be 30 minutes before they could take my order. I parked in the parking lot to wait 30 minutes. I arrived at 12:30 and while waiting, I saw at least 3 employees in the store through the window, one of the was wearing a red shirt (Shift lead/Manager?). After the 30 minutes, I drove back to the drive thru and was told again that they were short staffed and it would be 30 minutes. I told them that they told me that 30 minutes ago. the employee lied and said that she was the only one there, to which I stated that I saw 3 people in there, she said that employee was on bread… for 30 minutes. so I drove back to the lot to wait another 30 minutes. During my second wait, I saw a few delivery drivers walk up and be handed food, so the employees were able to take my order, they just chose not to. At 1:30, I pulled back up to the drive thru and finally had my order taken, I am highly dissatisfied

The service was slow, we were the only customers, the hamburgers were awful, soggy, old lettuce. The fries were old and tasted like a sweet batter was on them. However, the fried pies were great!
