As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I bought food through the drive-through. Made my order, and he told me the price, and I told him it didn’t add up. He didn’t say anything, so I second guessed myself. I thought maybe I was looking at burger price. When I paid for it and I picked it up, I then looked at the prices again on the menu board up front, and I was right. He did overcharge me from what I ordered on the menu. I went back, and he said that the prices on the menu board are for the small and that when he punches it in his computer, it is the large. The menu doesn’t specify what size it is.

I was appalled by how the cashier spoke to us. I asked for a two shakes instead of a soda for a meal. And he says no. So I’m assuming because it was a up charge or whatever. So then i just asked for the two shakes and he proceeds to tell me “he’s not in the mood to make them right now”. I couldn’t believe he said that. Like you don’t get paid to work there on “what you feel like doing”. I already am disgusted with the Downtown Checkers and this one always was my favorite, great customer service, always went above and beyond for things we asked for or if they ever made a mistake. I don’t know what new employees you have in there now but that is absolutely ridiculous!. People take the hard earn money to spend at an establishment and then to be treated like that. I was so appalled we didn’t even finish our order and left. And I refuse to come back to have service like that.
