In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

It’s fast food. The burger delicious fries crispy. Had a problem with the manager. I asked the girl at the window for BBQ sauce and ketchup. Pulled money out to pay for extra sauces and the manager stopped her from grabbing the sauces to call her over to him so he could tell her no money no sauces. Literally holding money up after already paid for my food at the window where he was to busy to listen when I asked him. Poor girl had to come back to the window empty handed to tell me bbq sauce was .17 cents each. Told her no problem held my change up to show her. She gets me sauces and ketchup and when she opens the window to collect payment he yells at her. ” No money no sauces!” as if I didn’t have money in my outstretched hand for her. Two sauces I dropped .50 cents in her hand told her whatever change from that to pay for the next couple sauces and also put a five dollar bill in her hand and told her to put the bill in her pocket. Unbelievably horrible food now. Used to be great. Employees are hateful and racist, specially the manager. Will never return to a checkers anywhere again. The only thing edible if they aren’t soggy and cold are the fries. But this location they are always cold and soggy with a side of hate and racism.

two experiences in this place. The first one was 3 days ago, I went to eat at the place and the wait was quite long, however the fries and the hamburger were acceptable. the second was tonight, I ordered an Uber and again the wait was long, and this time the burger meat was extremely raw, it had no flavor at all, it was wrapped in some kind of napkin I guess that’s why it arrived extremely cold , the fries were burnt, the soda was watered down. I am disappointed in this place.

I made an online order and i went to the window where it says online order pick up.. upon arrival i was ignored and getting starred at for about 10 minutes. I proceeded to pull out and go to the drive thru speaker, as the automated message speaks, i cut it off and said “can i talk to a real person please?” I got greeted and i said that i had an online order, the lady proceeded to tell me that im at the wrong window and i immediately cut her saying i was at the window for about 10 minutes and your whole staff just starred at me. She tells me its not a problem and to proceed to the window.. when i get my food, it’s cold and handed no sauce for the mozzarella sticks and the chicken box, i even paid for individual sauce cups. I work at a fast food restaurant myself and i have never experienced such bad customer service and dirty environment that is surrounded at the checkers at osceola parkway.. this place needs to be shutdown.

The night crew was amazing fresh food and good customer service the day crew is horrible the last 2 times I came here they said the system was down and couldn’t even give me a time that it would be back on I worked in fast food and I know that the system don’t be down fix that lazy workers

Ordered two 5 piece chicken strips. Got two cold 3 piece chicken strips.! Fries were cold and limp .. disgusting checkers. Girl running the window would not put her cell phone down while putting in and taking out chicken strips and fries!!!!! Gross and its against the law. Plus this is the second time I have been at this location where the one handling the money at the register is also cooking on the fryers with no gloves. Btw the burger tasted microwaved. No seasoning on any kind. No pepper, no salt. Just yuck. I will be reporting this to the health department in Kissimmee and disputing the entire charge on my credit card. 35 bucks tossed in the trash, for now.
