We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The food is amazing but the service is terrible. They always have attitude. I went one time and decided to go to the front window bc the line was super long and I stood there 10 min before they acknowledged me (they had looked at me several times) and told me the window was closed I got in line and literally waited 45 min to order and get my food. I normally wouldn’t wait that long but I was getting it for someone else who really wanted it

I LOVE Checkers! But at this store, the service was EXTREMELY slow; so much so that the staff was having cars from the drive-thru park in the lot next door and bringing food out to them. I waited over 15 minutes for my order (along with 9 other customers that were ahead of me)! When I drove up, I saw cars parked all around but thought it may have been a used car lot or something. Once I made my order, it was too late, and I had to wait it out! So much for fast food! The burger was cold, and the fries were burned and saturated in grease. I’ll never stop here again. ☹️

The food was good! It was piping hot when we received it. The French fries were nice and crunchy!!! Absolutely delicious! The only real complaint I have is the size of the small milk shake in relation to the price. The cup was extremely small, while the price was close to four dollars. Other than that no real complaints.
