As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Fries were refried… very hard. Asked for no mayo or onions on burgers… both had EXTRA onions. Told drive thru person.. she yelling to others, “I said no mayo” and asking if they could read. No ice cream.. was told it’s been out a week. Manager telling workers.. DoorDash has to wait… drive through 1st. If I was waiting on my food from DoorDash I would be upset… need enough staff to prioritize all customers. This place is constantly hands down the most unprofessional Restaurant in the hood. I will NEVER come back.

Ordered from here through UberEats on 3/31: a spicy chicken sandwich and a medium fry. Delivery was perfect; my food came in a sealed bag. I got halfway through my fries and saw a fly stuck to the bottom of the container. I got a refund from UberEats. I called the restaurant and told them about it. They left me on hold for 27 minutes before they finally hung up on me without a word. In conclusion, don’t eat at this location.
