As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

If it was possible to submit a review with zero stars, I would. We ordered $40 worth of food. Not only is the robotic ordering system a huge pain, we were told to pull up for 3-4 minutes because they had to fry our patties. Fast forward almost 20 minutes later. We are still waiting. The 2 cars behind us have gotten their food and left. I go to the window to check on our food and am told it is just the one worker and they’re working on it as she proceeds to slam the window in my face. Not even exaggerating. Not my problem they’re understaffed. Yet here I sit. Still waiting. We have made our very last trip to Checkers. Horrible, horrid customer service. Not to mention overpriced. Oh, and let’s not forget when the female brings our food out, no apology for the wait. My teenage son rolls the window down to get the food and politely says “thank you”. Her reply was an “mmm hmm” and she storms off. Highly unprofessional. To spend that kind of $ for 3 people to eat at what is supposed to be a fast food restaurant is insane. Fool me once, shame on you. I guarantee we will NEVER return. We literally got our receipt at 5:34 and pulled out of the parking lot at 5:56.

I was charged $29.07 for 20 garlic Parmisean wings, and when I recieved them they was not cooked all the way and the boxes in bag were so greasy with the garlic butter, it was just a hot mess, to be so expensive you would think they could do better.

I came sometime around the morning and there was a lady in white and black hair that with at purple shirt on sat there on her phone for about 30-40 minutes while I waited at the window when she finally seen me she came to the window with and horrible attitude and said they weren’t taking orders she just didn’t want to make any food THE STORE WAS DEFINITELY OPEN this is the WORST location.

I went to get lunch fir 3 people. My order was wrong when I got back to my office. I went right back. Told them we kept 2 items and I wanted other items remade. I didn’t want the fries cold when I got back. She was kind of rude and said I’ll ask the manager. Came back and said I’ll put your refund back on the card you used. Didn’t say sorry or anything for wasting my lunch hour. 1 item I dropped I thought it was a burger cause of color. It was burnt chicken?? I would not waste my time with them ever again. The service and foid are awful.
