Very good they only had one man working the drive thru doing the cooking waiting on customers we did have to wait a few minutes for our food but our drinks were given to before we had to pull up wil he fix our food and brought it to us I would give him a 20 on stars for all the hats he was having to wear sure hope some one recognize his work ethic and sacrifice of not being with his family on Sunday

I came to sit and have ice cream with my two little girls. The lady at the counter was very friendly. However, there was a young guy that that came out and sat at the table behind us. He was loudly watching videos on his phone, loudly spitting on the ground every few seconds, then proceeded to get on a FaceTime call being obnoxiously loud and cussing. I looked up, and said, “hey man, I’m sitting here with my two little girls, you need to watch your mouth.” Instead of apologizing, he waves his hand at me, continues his FaceTime call and his language, continues his spitting. I finally had enough and we left. Will absolutely not be back.

They are never that busy for someone not to be at the pickup window when u pull up..waiting several mins for someone and then you realize they are doing it all..those people need raises..y’all are amazing.

This was…not great. I hesitated on giving 3 stars instead of 2. The wait was pretty bad. Even after we got through the line and paid, they had us pull up to wait on our food, which turned out to be a 10-15min wait….They already must have upsized our order even after we requested that they not. So, our order was more than we intended. The person who took our order also did not ask if Mr. Pib was ok instead of Dr. Pepper, though she did at least read back the drinks as Sprite and Mr. Pibb….But we waited on our Mother Crunchers and hoped for the best, having never really experienced Checkers before, and this being a new one in Pontotoc, MS. At long last, the lady brought our food out and apologized for the wait, explaining that they had to cook our chicken. I said it was ok. We were just hungry and ready to eat. So we took our food and left, going to our next destination before we stopped to eat. The very first thing I noted about the food was that the fries were interesting, though a little…soggy? At any rate, they were still pretty good. Different, but good. As for the sandwich, it seemed a little hastily thrown together, but the ingredients seemed okay. The sauce was different, but mild and not really especially noteworthy. The pickles were also okay. However, the chicken was very stringy and tough, causing me to nearly choke a few times. I got about halfway through the sandwich, complaining about the meat to my father, who was eating with me, when we both realized one of the problems. Looking at our sandwich, we realized that it was underdone. I could have thrown up then, but I didnt. Being quite hungry, I tried eating around it, but the meat was so tough all over, I ended up just throwing the rest away. And if you knew me, that’s a big deal. I don’t waste food….At least the fries were good…..Overall, would not recommend. Any place that makes me pay more than I want then wait 15min for undercooked chicken that is already tough and stringy anyway is not really worth my time or money….

I got out in this wet weather to come here with my daughter since it said they were open until 1am and we were here at 12:32. We sat at the speaker to place the order but no one answered. Finally, the automated voice came in telling me they were closed. We pulled up to the window and saw the workers sitting in the lobby area so I called. At first they just picked up the phone and hung it right up. So I blew my horn and then called back again. This time the young lady answered. I asked her why were they closed when online it’s saying they don’t close for another 28 minutes. She said she’s sorry but online is wrong and they only open till 1 on Fridays and Saturdays.
