As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Ordered a number 2 and a fry lover’s double with mayo opened the number 2 and there’s mayo all on it like extra..I called and they said oh we don’t have bbq mayo anymore for the BBQ big Buford we just use mayo now..ok so first of all your #2 description is wrong since it doesn’t have bbq anymore…and 2nd of all don’t you think because I ordered one of my sandwiches with no mayo that you might have should told me you don’t have bbq for the BBQ sandwich and put mayo instead?? They said I could come back I’m 5 miles away and home by then I don’t Wana take another 45min out of my day because of your incompetence

Ordered a cheese burger and got a regular burger no cheese…Also ordered the breaded mushrooms and didn’t get the ranch sauce…it’s really not that hard to make an order when I was the only car in the drive thru…
