As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Carl the supposed manager who is beyond rude & disrespectful in front of kids over asking for a ranch sauce should not be working with people & making a compliant through cooperate or the owner is even worse! No actions being taking. Never got a response. My card was even charged after I canceled my order for such horrible,rude disrespectful service & food I didn’t get. And these fake fraud owners get on here with lies & fake comments.

I got the wrong order twice in the span of 2 weeks. I tried calling over and over again and nobody would answer the phone. I went all the way back up there in the rain to stand at the take out window in the rain to have my order rectified. It’s really a shame when you work so hard for your money. And this is what you get for it. What a waste of time. The fact that I couldn’t even have my phone call answered when there was clearly a manager on shift definitely fueled the fire. I live around the block and this place is definitely gone down when it comes to service.

Ordered 2 double checker burgers with cheese and no pickle with extra lettuce. The speaker cut me off for some reason so when I pulled up to the window to reconfirm my order the cashier told me he heard me. I paid and drove 28 minutes home just to realize not only were there pickles on both my burgers but they also didn’t even put any lettuce at all and I specifically requested extra lettuce. I called 2 times and didn’t get any answer at all. This is inconvenient and unedible so my night is ruined now

Checkers has been serving up their trademark fries for decades. The burgers are juicy, great and delicious. This not so well known chain is a good greasy burger to enjoy on occasion. Swing by the drive through or unique walk up at this Telegraph location that serves it up 7 days a week.

I love this crispy fish sandwich from here it is so delicious. And it is crispy when you bite in its you can almost feel the crunch on your teeth. The bond is soft and the tartar sauce is very good as well. I go here and I get the two for three I have one and I share one with someone else
