As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Culture changes over the years on how work ethic and customer service has evolved. I remember this place being built in the 1997-1998 timeframe. People were excited to try their famous cajun fries and stand in a long line for one of their popular menu items, a 49¢ Champ burger with cheese (now called a Cheese Champ) and be happy with what they’ve ordered, but as time goes by, the prices go up and the food quality goes down.

This is the worst place ever. They push the app to order ahead but yet an hour later , they have charged your card but don’t have your order. Then they proceed with treating you horribly. Checkers is the closest fast food place. But I will never go there again. It’s bad enough they are out of many of the items you want, but the food is fair, and management apparently has no idea of how to give any customer service what so ever.

After 5 months thinking they would improve, i go again to order my deep sea double and i see female employee dropping it back in the fryer after being already cooked, just wrong! went here to get some food after work. 4/12/23 12 am. The girl at the window was rude. She forgot part of my order and before I could even say anything she slammed the window. When I got her attention she kept interrupting me and kept shouting “huh” when I was just trying to explain they forgot my mozzarella sticks and brookie. She gave the mozzarella sticks and slammed the window in my face again before I could even tell her about the brookie. Ended up driving away.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwiches, something I’ve gone to Checkers for over a decade for. The sandwiches were overcooked in old oil and I got food poisoning. I spent almost six hours at the toilet spewing from both ends. It’s been over a day and I’m still sick. Not to mention they forgot an entire sandwich that was for my gran in a nursing home. It probably would have killed her. Manager refused to acknowledge the problems.
