In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. I don’t know who the manager is over this staff but the whole staff on nights needs to be reconsidered the customer service is very poor. The drive threw an over the phone they let the phone ring off the hook answer then hangs up. The staff here don’t like their job’s very much so they don’t need to have them it’s so sad I guess they want to get paid for doing no work jus pathetic.

Me and my coworkes ordered for lunch my wings weren’t cooked and had blood still in the inside. when i called the manager she kept telling me aint no way. so i took the wings straight back there and she apoligized. I told her she shouldnt tell customers aint no way because she made me fill as though i was lying. All she kept saying is that she has to protect her workers. All she had to say was i apoligize and bring the food back. I wasted my whole lunch break so i asked for my money back. From one store manager to another one she needs to be trained on customer service.

Staff is very unpleasant the system is always down from what they tell me every time I go there it smells so bad in there Tbh the worst part is you’ve got to walk inside of a gas station to order anything and pass by a whole bunch of paraphernalia if you’re there with your kids you don’t want them to see that?! I think this place needs to be revamped and under New Management until then I’m just only going to give it half a star it doesn’t even deserve the full star looks like they won’t let me do half a star so they’re going to slide by we’re getting just one star from me I will change my review when they change their attitude and upgrade their so-called “system”that’s always down as of right now 8/4/21
