In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Extremely disappointed. I asked the cashier in drive thru if there was bacon on the garlic Parmesan fries as I didn’t want bacon (my daughter doesn’t eat pork). He said there wasn’t any on them. Well…. there was definitely bacon on them. $5 wasted as I wasn’t going back once I noticed.

The location has consistently gotten my (rather specific) orders 100% correct and out to me in quicker an amount of time than I expected over the past 5 visits; on top of that having very polite and hassle-free service. Definitely a good Rally’s/Checker’s to stop at. Can’t speak for the atmosphere though; I had drive-thru, so I have no idea. Not sure why they asked about it.

The night time, drive thru cashier was extremely unprofessional when I returned my cold burger shortly after it had been purchased. She reached for the bag and I handed it to her. She, literally, lifted the burger, high enough for me to see it, then opened the burger wrapper, lifted the top bun and “inspected” the burger for about 8 – 10 seconds before walking to the back. Her attitude was very unprofessional andher actions were unsanitary, especially as a food establishment. Because she was very unprofessional, I no longertrusted her around my food. Also, due to her unprofessional attitude, and to avoid confrontation, I pulled off.I decided to let Checker’s know directly.My purchase was made on 5/2/23 at 8:41pm CST.

Ordered 2 $5 dollar specials…the checkerburgers were very small with no lettuce or tomatoes, the chicken bites were more like chicken bits in very small containers along with the fries. Not what i was expecting.
