As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Food is usually good which is why we go but this time I don’t feel like my account is safe. While running my card I saw her twice look back towards me the second time I looked back and saw her with her phone up now the register is behind a wall so you can’t really see but I feel her taking pictures of ppls debit/credit cards could be a possibility. It didn’t feel right plus she wasn’t exactly customer friendly. I will be watching my bank account. For management: 3/31/23 @ 5:48pm roughly. I hope a camera is pointing in that direction

12 dollars for a 5 piece tender and the fries and chicken were not cooked. Watched the girl drop the tenders as I pulled up and there were taken out when she gave my card back less than two minutes.they weren’t hot and still frozen in the middle. Complete waste of money.

First time ever eating at a Checkers restaurant. they advertised a 5$ meal deal which consisted of 2 burgers, a fry, a 20 Oz drink, and a milk shake. they did not give me my shake and when I asked for it, they charged me $3.20 for a small. on top of that, there were 4 people huddled around the ice cream machine and I could hear them laughing and one even saying make it special. I did not even feel comfortable enough to eat it because I felt they were upset they had to do their job and potentially spit in my drink or something worse. terrible place and if I could give it zero stars I would

I’m going to leave this as a 5 star for now. My hubby to be is in the hospital so I decided I wanted my #9 half pound with a large sweet tea. My fries were old. They were hard and had a grease taste. My popcorn chicken was cold. Very disappointed this visit.
