As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

It’s in a high traffic area but they only use one lane. The waste time for lunch are very long and coming in and leaving are a headache. It’s good for a quick bite to eat but the change to a voice recognition software for orders leaves much to be desired.

They are the few places that are open late. I expected mediocre service for the time we came in… it was actually great service! Our order came out fast and fresh! And while he got our food out fast, it didn’t seem rushed at all. We will come back!

If I could give it 20 Stars I would…. After hours is pathetic a bunch of children with no concern for customer relations or standards. Secondary shift manager needs to be terminated immediately. It is shameful that companies like this or destroying the fabric of this country for Nationwide profit
