The food is great but the service is h o r rible. They rush you through the ordering process like they have better things to be doing. The restaurant is probably losing money due to not being able to complete the order process because they are trying to get you off the speaker too fast. This has happened more than once, but this evening was just frustrating because we even sat the speaker and they still ignored us. Then when we got to the pickup window, they told us we’d have to drive back around though I tried explaining how they ignored us on the speaker to the so-call manager. I suggested they slow down when taking orders at the speaker to which she relayed to the other employees in the store. This caused employees to come to the window to see who we were. I pray my food is safe to eat. They really need training.

I swear we were so excited to get a Checkers in our area.We drove from Baker to Checkers. I’m super picky about fast food but it’s been awhile. Figured it’s a new spot hasn’t been there ever 3 months,everything’s new,the ppl should be happy to be there.Naaaahhh I was dead wrong. Nobody in the line,so there’s no rush. We got cold barely fried fish sandwiches,(cold fries)chicken sandwiches combo(cold fries&over fried chicken Patty,forgot the cheese we were charged for,the big buffers was fixed like we made them mad. Soaked in ketchup,mayo&mustard,and on every last sandwich the bread looked as if they stomped on it,smh Only thing was good was the ice cream cones. Please find ppl that appreciate and feel blessed to have jobs not ppl who treat customers and there money like it bothers them.
