Food was great! Fresh and the garlic fries are a must try! There was no one in front of us at the walk up window but took a bit for someone to come to the window to take our order, even when manager asked twice if someone got our order. They just open so this could be over looked for now. Over all good experience. They will work out the kinks.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the drive-thru service at Checkers, and I must say it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The quality of the food at Checkers is exceptional. Went through Saturday night. Ordered our food including 2 strawberry cones. The person at the window handed me the first cone and it was a swirl. Wasn’t made very good. Handed it to my husband he took one lick and it fell on his chest. Knocked on the window the girl or guy opened it. I handed them the ice cream that fell and told them what happened and they LAUGHED. Which was very rude, we asked for the manager. Some girl I believe Tara came to the window. We told her what happened she replied what do you want me to do! VERY RUDE! Words were exchanged. She said do you want a refund of the cones or the meal. We said whatever you want to do. Window closed for a few minutes and They opened the window and said we refunded the entire meal. Closed the window after a few more minutes Tara “the manager” opened the window and told us she refunded the meal and asked do you still want your food? Really! We got the food and let. Got home the triple that I ordered was a single. Both burgers were poor assembled and the fries were cold and soggy! HORRIBLE customer service! VERY RUDE! The food….nasty!

Went up there and ordered the #2, Smoky Big Buford. Asked them to make it a triple (ended up with a double but charged for triple) and SPECIFICALLY asked for bbq sauce. Wanted mayo in place of bbq sauce. So got a double with everything I didn’t want on it. They could’ve got my order right as we were the only people ordering. Ate there a week ago and the food and service was exceptional. Not so today. I’ll still come back, hoping it was just a hot day (June 25th, temp was 97 degrees outside). I love Checkers food but I thought we were on the same page, I told them what I wanted, they read it back to me and completely did thr opposite. I got faith that yall will get it right.

Okay. We went though the drive through. It was very crowded. Had to wait, because the person before us had to wait for their food. strike two. And the food just wasn’t very good. strike three. As far as fast food joints in paragould go, i really wouldn’t recommend eating here.

The French fries were old and soggy the blonde headed girl that came to the walk up window first customer service was very poor she was short and rude the second girl was very helpful and nice tho but the food was not good I thought it would be great but sadly I wasted my money there won’t be going back to the one in Paragould Jonesboros is way better and I never get treated like I did at this one the guy that gave me my food didn’t even want to give me my drinks it was just a bad experience worst part was they weren’t even that busy like 5 cars
