Initially, I was content with the recent change in management, which occurred approximately two months ago. However, my satisfaction has diminished due to a consistently intoxicated, long-haired individual. Despite his rude demeanor, today’s encounter was marred by his extremely rude behavior. When I inquired about my order, he inexplicably tried to initiate an argument. The situation has created a hazardous atmosphere for customers, and I strongly urge the management to promptly address the issue, as the smell of alcohol was notably strong, indicating possible during work hours.

When I got here, the cashier wasn’t attentive. That didn’t bother me, but what i found annoying is that when i said,’Hello, how are you doing?’ The staff in the back looked at each other and just grinned. Then i was greeted after waiting a few minutes. The cashier recommended a few things. My wife and I did enjoy the food. We had a single cheese burger and chicken tender with seasoned fries. Customer service just needs to tidy up.

I went to checkers tonight for dinner. It’s was our first time. We were out late and needed something quick. I have a family of 5, one of which is a growing teenage boy so I spent $75. I a went through the drive thru and everything went well ..or so I thought. The wait wasn’t too long, we got our food and headed home. When we got there we realized my chicken sandwich was not in the bag. It was about 10 minute until they closed so we went back. We don’t live too far but we got there about 2 minutes until closing. Of course they didn’t answer at the drive thru or window and turned the lights of.. we went back around front to flag down the worker and let them know my food was missing. They said the would remake it which was funny because it indicated they made it the first time. The cook had an attitude and put the sauce all over the wrapper and bag, he also didn’t give me Lettuce or tomatoes as the photo indicated. I get they were closing but they missed one of my food items. Crazy. Yeah I didn’t eat that sandwich I was scared he did something to it after purposefully putting sauce all over the wrapper. The cheese sticks I had weren’t bad but not worth it. I won’t be back.

Monday, June 26th i pulled up to the drive thru at 9 pm. No one responded. I then said “hello” and the reply back was “we are closed” i said at 9 pm and they said yes. Told them you won’t get any business that. Closing time should have been midnight. Won’t get my business anymore

This is my first and last time coming here. I only went there because of convenience. Driving up, so much trash everywhere! There was a huge tarp on the inside window. I thought it was permanently closed or run down. The only reason I knew it was actually open was because of the light up “open” sign. Mind you, its been open only a few years ago. I was over charged for a bigger beverage, WITHOUT even being asked. When I asked the register girl how come, she said, “I don’t know. I think I charged you for a medium size drink”. I ordered the double cheeseburger and she seriously asked me if i wanted cheese. Lol. She was LOST, yet still gave ME attitude. Ghetto/ dirty atmosphere! Should have driven all the way to chickfila instead! Lesson learned.
