As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Stopped here for a lunch and the clerk was chatting it up person in the drive through and you could tell it was a returning customer. Eventually he came over and started taking my order very professionally. The food came out quick and was ok… the spicy chicken sandwich doesn’t have hardly any spice to it and the burger was ok…. The place was a little dirty despite there being no customers.

OK.. it’s checkers.. my expectations are not high. They literally always get my burger order wrong. It’s become a running joke in the family. It got to the point I only order the chili dogs. Seriously.. being going there since they opened. They have NEVER gotten my order right on the first try. And it’s not some crazy instructions. No ketchup add jalapenos. Can’t pull it off.

The manager, himself, ALWAYS greets us whenever we come in here. The food is always fresh, so, YES it does take a moment longer to wait for your food. But the facility is clean and tidy.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went with my pregnant wife to try to satisfy her cravings. As soon as we reached the drive tru speaker, we were told, ” The system is down we cant take any orders” , which was an obvious lie, and an excuse to not serve people at 11 at night when they close at 2 am.

The place is clean the atmosphere is very moody. The lights don’t do the place justice. The employees looked exhausted. The food was good. defntly can compete with Wendys. I just didn’t feel welcomed here at all. Something to do with the lights and the how the employes looked so tired. Other than that I’m defntly coming back. Also they do not have high chairs or booster seats. So you will need to bring your own.
