I don’t know how some other fast food burger places stay in business with this place having burgers this good. Just look at the picture I posted!! Actual red ripe tomatoes, actual green lettuce, huge crisp pickle slices, warm, and not slopped together. It actually looks just like the picture on the menu! Ordered a fudge sundae. When I asked why is it pink, I was told “when we were cleaning the machine we added some coloring but it tastes like vanilla” I should have tried it right then, silly me. It was strawberry. Either I was lied to right to my face, or their machines are mixed up. This is not the first time customer service hasn’t been right at this location either

Went today. Burger was great but out of 10 chicken tenders, 0 were fully cooked. Raw chicken is a big deal. Handled the refund ok, although I’m not sure why I need to come back to the restaurant to get a refund when I paid with a debit card.

my mom doenst speak spanish so i was translating for her trying to place and order and the other person on the headset started taking our order in spanish when she heard am guessing that we had language barriers. Great customer service she was very nice and patient with our order. The lady also explain the double deal plus the two dollars, very happy with the service and the time she took to explain and be courteous with us at the time of taking our order. my order was correct and the fully loaded fries are delicious.

I’ll start by saying their fries are amazing… As long as they’re hot… But everything else is… Ok. This was only my 2nd time having Checkers and I’m still not impressed. It seems to have fallen into the same mindset as the Wendy’s also on Reisterstown road. The workers don’t care (cause they ain’t paid enough) and it leads to hastily thrown together, dry burgers with uneven toppings. The ONLY redeeming quality is the fries and that doesn’t make it worth it at all.
