Decent atmosphere and decent staff. Usually friendly. Their New Orleans pasta is one of my favorite dishes. Their ribs and steak is also pretty good usually but if you get there late at night I’ve noticed the ribs are usually not as good at that time of day. But they’re still ok. The ribs are usually pretty tender which is nice. And they’re usually pretty good about cooking a steak the way it’s requested. Service is usually pretty good as well. Just be warned there are some times this location gets exceedingly busy so expect to have a bit of wait if you happen to show up at one of those times.

Good place to go with quality food. I enjoyed my meal; however, service was not good. Door greeter/hostess was kind and provided good customer service, but the waiter needs improvement. He doesn’t belong on the floor. There are several complaints about his work ethic and service.

I wanted to like the restaurant seeing as it was my first time there. It was fairly busy and just getting drinks to start with took around 10 minutes. The food order took over 45 minutes itself. When the food arrived I was so happy and hungry! I ordered a combo chicken tender/shrimp meal with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I was highly disappointed in the shrimp. It was kinda warm and tasted like it was done first and waited to be served for a while. The chicken tenders were a little better, but sad to say Hardee’s and other fast food places taste way better. The best part of the meal was the bread appetizer and the side dishes. For what was paid, I can’t recommend this place to anyone anytime soon. There are other great restaurants within a decent distance to eat at. Ah, last thing. I’m not sure what the air was set at, but my gf and myself found it very warm and not as easy to eat with how hot the restaurant was.

Cheddars took me by surprise tonight. They have a Texas T Bone steak on the menu for a limited time only. The cook was perfect on my steak. I could have just at that by itself without any sides because it was very fulfilling. Our server was great. Typically at any restaurant you still have to wait even though the text notification says your table is ready. Nope not tonight. Our table was ready exactly when they said it would be.

Our waitress was wonderful! The food was good. I had the monti cristo sandwich and I feel like the meat used for the sandwich couldve been better quality. The meat reminded me of the great value stuff at walmart. Everyone else really enjoyed their food and the atmosphere was nice.

Always a great experience at Cheddars. My sirloin steak was awesome even though overcooked a bit. I loved the crispy crust on the steak and so tender. My wife had the ribs and we both think theirs are the best ribs in SGF by far. The complimentary croissants are always a special treat. Service was great.

Honestly I don’t have anything bad to say. Our waitress (I wish I remembered her name so would get credit for this… short bob type cut, black hair, I think the tips were dyed blue or green)… she was an absolute angel. When she heard our 11 year old had a birthday, she brought us these cookies to celebrate and took the time (out of her busy schedule!) to write “11!” in chocolate sauce which was just super sweet. She was very attentive despite having not one empty table in her section. The wait time wasn’t bad (we started 29th in line and it took about 40 minutes). The food was top notch, my steak was perfectly cooked, and the country fried steak that my hubs ordered was almost bigger than my 1 year old daughter Drinks stayed full. It was just a great experience. Highly recommend!

The food was great, the service was great, it was a very enjoyable meal. You get plenty of food. If you leave hungry then I don’t know what to tell you. We had plenty of leftovers to take home. Our server was a very nice young man and on top of everything. Always made sure drinks were refilled and checked to see if we needed anything else. We will be returning.
