Food was awesome. Service was good and pretty quick for the lunch rush. I got the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes. Probably one of the best chicken fried chickens I’ve had in a long time. They also bring out honey butter croissants for free, and those were also delicious as well.

Has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever been to. Watched dozens of servers walk over and by trash on the floor and on the way into the kitchen. Our own server had food splattered all over the front of her shirt and dropped trash as she walked back to the kitchen. Just left it there. Food was good and arrived quickly. Won’t be back though.

Had the bacon cheddar burger and fries and chicken pot pie and side salad. We would order the same items again. Creative drink selection on the menu. My table had good service with the manager walking around and jumping in wherever needed. Always good to see as they were busy on a Saturday afternoon with a small wait.

Cheddars is NOT just for old people if that’s what you think. The food is delicious and tastes home cooked. I had the cornmeal crusted fish and it was delicious and flaky and crispy. The broccoli rice casserole tastes like my grandmas recipe.

I placed a to go order and realized it wasn’t right. The next day I called the manager and he took care of it. He was very professional and a man of his word. Jasmine did a outstanding job making sure I had everything I needed. She was very nice and she did a wonderful job taking care of my to go order. I’ll definitely will be back again soon. This is NOT a place to dine. They did not seat our six top family ( 2 adults 1 baby 2 toddlers and 1 gradeschooler) for over an hour. There were 10-12 others seated ahead of us even after we had been number 1 on the waiting list. I asked politely three times after seeing my message to the link “place 1” on the list for 40 minutes if there was a table. The response was “oh we are waiting on tables to be cleared”. However, after two times of that answer and seeing there were open tables they still seated other parties that were behind us in the wait line. There were at least 4 tables that would seat 4-6 grown adults. what was the reason we couldn’t be seated? We were patient and understanding and they still didn’t have a reasonable answer. I avoid leaving negative review because I know how they are hard to deal with and can be bad for business. I have also been a member of the service industry for over 20 years and respect the hard work and effort other members put into their jobs. I did not get that feeling from this restaurant. This is posted on Sunday June 18 both our son’s birthday celebration and Father’s Day. I would leave a no star review but that is not an available option.
