Five stars because while the food isn’t outstanding, it’s better than the price suggests. I’ve never been a croissant fan the provided starter were delicious. The chicken and shrimp was very good, the carrot cake again delicious. The provided screen makes it easy to order extras, pay, or keep kids entertained. Our server was very attentive and kept checking in on us.

It took us almost 20 minutes to get waited on and we didn’t get our drinks for almost another 15 minutes after ordering. Putting that to the side, the food was delicious, everything was cooked and seasoned well.

I arrived and stood at the host station for 5mins waiting for someone to come and greet me to get service. Once I finally get seated I have a waitress who provided unprofessional bare minimum service. 30mins later I receive partial portions of my order. My rice was dry, my sauce was thick (usually heated and flows), and my salmon was room temperature. The fries I received had been sitting for a while and tasted like they had been placed in the microwave to warm up. I never received my broccoli. My waitress tells me she will go and get the manager who come over and looks at me. The waitress wasn’t able to tell her why she was needed as she never stopped long enough to actually speak. I inform the manager of the service I received and she was pleasant to speak with. I came here because this is the only place I love salmon from, so this was a huge disappointment.

This place has fallen off so much. When I came here 8 years ago it was fine. I came back thinking it would still be good but it’s far from that. The waiters are not good except maybe a few. One of them replied with “when it’s done” when my mother asked about the status of her food. My chicken sandwich came burnt all on the bottom and I had to scrape off the crust. They aren’t even serving drinks in glass cups despite having so many empty tables. The lettuce may not be old but it definitely isn’t fresh. Will not be coming back.

We waited quite a while for our food to come out so much so that when the food came out, I asked for to go boxes. It has been several years since we have been here, not sure I’ll come back. One good thing was the prices. Overall, everything was just ok.

So, I had another birthday dinner and we ended up at Cheddar’s. Although the place was half full, it took 45 minutes to seat a party of 10. The wait staff was slow and obtuse. Normally, this would be an huge issue. Not on my birthday, though. We all had a cocktail and just rolled with the flow. The food was decent and the company was delightful! I was treated to a scoop of ice cream with candied pecans. Yum! After being seated, we were there for another 2 and 1/2 hours. Just waiting for food!!! I didn’t mind(it was my birthday), but others had to work the next day. Since they don’t do “call-ahead seating”, once one is actually seated it should not take hours to be served. To end on a pleasant note, our server sang Happy birthday song to me. It was charming and much appreciated.

Went to the east one since the west is terrible thinking we would have a better experience. Wasn’t any better. Took 20 minutes to get a drink from the bar. Appetizer came out pretty quickly. Mine came out ok, it tasted good but was a little on the colder side. My fiancés was completely wrong hamburger. The lettuce they put on it was turning brown and looked nasty. Had to get someone to get our waitress so we could let her know about the hamburger mess up. And still waiting 20 minutes later for the replacement. Not once has a manager said anything. The guy cleaning the tables didn’t even spray them down to clean them he just used a dirty rag he had sitting in the bucket. The cooks have been in the back yelling and goofing off this whole time. Let’s just say we won’t go back to either cheddars. One and didn’t receive the complimentary croissants you are suppose to get.

First time in about 5 years for our visit. The food was really good. Had the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer, ordered chicken fried chicken (single but received a double by accident), chicken fried steak, and chicken alfredo. The food portions were huge, and everything was well seasoned and fresh. The only downside foodwise was that the monster cookie sundae was out of stock.
