Never disappoint. Always consistent. So much food for the price. Love the monster cookie. Unfortunately my favorite item, the fried jalapeño cheeseburger was taken off the menu but there are plenty of other good options to choose from. The wait is never too long.

The service was good but the food wasn’t. The food was not hot nor warm, and we found hair in one of our plates. Our appetizer looked like they were scraps and the broccoli cheddar was not stirred completely, so it still had cheese powder there. 🙁

Awful food. Everything we ordered was disgusting. The classic burger, the meat patty tasted like it came in a big sack you buy at costco, it also tasted freezer burnt. The cheese fries were baked, I’ve never had cheese fries as disgusting as the ones I ordered. The monte cristo was overly fried. The chips and queso was mediocre. The chips though? Overly fried. It literally tasted like pure oil. I will say that the margarita was good, except the serve didn’t ask if we wanted it on the rocks or frozen. We sadly got it on the rocks and it was overfilled. A lot of it was spilt over my side of the table area when the server placed it on the table. I asked for extra napkins but never got any. The butter croissant was really good. My family and I will never ever get food from here again. $60 plus the tip wasted down the drain.

The service was great but the food was horrible. I had to send my food back because the chicken tenders and shrimp combo I ordered were overcooked and tasted like old grease. I told my server and she was extremely apologetic. she said that she would have the. remake my food. She even said that my food was overcooked. Mind you she was not the person that brought our food. I literally sat there and watch my husband eat his food while it took another 30 minutes for them to bring mine. I was so frustrated I told them to cancel the order. that is when the server advised me that they had 1 fryer down. I was hungry and irritated not at my server but at the establishment because they need to step up and fix the problems. It will be a very long time before I return.

Love coming here! Painkiller is my favorite with coconut shrimp which I ate before the photo shoot lol… along with the drinks !! If your party is over 21 I recommend the bar. It is faster service and the bartenders have always been good to us!

One of the oldest restaurants in Bedford and they still have the same fans in the bar area although they did a big remodel 5+ years ago. My husband loves the place (he likes fried food) but I find it extremely average both food and service. I gave in and went the other night and was underwhelmed overall but it was crowded so a few people must like it…

Nice place, attentive staff. Ordered the shrimp and chicken strip beer battered. Mmm… not like it much, I wouldn’t order again. Couldn’t tell what was shrimp or chicken. To crusty, chicken had very hard and fried portions on it, not chewable. Oh well, the drinks were good. Had a good scoring night .

The wait time was terrible: we’ve waited for 40 mins in an empty cafe for a seat. The place is so understaffed, starting from the waiters and ending with the kitchen. One waiter was barking orders at another waiter. We saw kitchen staff walking out from the shift limping from exhaustion.

Really a 4.5. My first time here and won’t be my last. The chicken fried steak was tender and juicy. I loved the crust and mashed potatoes and white gravy was very good. I had the cheese broccoli as a side. A little thick and not as moist as I had hoped. But I cannot see getting a bad meal here ever.
