I have nothing but positive things to say about the food and general hospitality of staff. The drinks are large, strong, and affordable (perfect trifecta). The food is so fresh & flavorful! The fluffy buttered bread, top tier . My steak was cooked perfectly (sometimes it’s hard to get a perfectly medium steak from chain restaurants). Overall amazing experience. I’ll def be back!

We arrived a little over an hour for a late night dinner before closing time. There was a slight wait to be seated but not long. Our waitress quickly took our orders. When we received our food after a long wait some food was correct and some not. My daughter ordered broccoli rice casserole and received fries. She also asked for bbq sauce and received ranch. Eventually, the missing items were corrected. I ordered the veggie plate: garden salad, broccoli rice casserole, carrots, and corn. Maybe because it was the end of the night the quality of food changes. Some of my carrots were shriveled and parts of my broccoli rice casserole was crunchy/hard.

When we got there the place was pretty busy but we asked for a table for a party of six and we were told that it was a 5-minute way that all they had to do was clean off the table. But then another black family came in and they thought we were together and they gave them our seat and then they said that they had a reservation when they did not because they could not come up with an excuse as to why they gave our seat away. It took forever to receive any service or waiter kept forgetting everything. The employees were very unprofessional and were playing and running around on the floor like it was a playground. I almost felt quite a few times because of the water on the uncleaned floor and then was almost not to the ground by a couple of waiters running back and forth like children. And they never apologize. I stepped in pee when I went to the bathroom because it had not been cleaned and it was just a hot mess. I may go back, but the service that I received was far by the worst that I had received at any established similar to this one

I haven’t eaten here since BEFORE COVID-19, so it was good to get out w/Sister-Friend for some dinner and DRANKS!!! LOL Our Waiter, Chris Wong, WAS EXCELLENT!!! He was super friendly, funny, very personalable. Made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, as were the drinks. I wasn’t a fan the green beans, AND I LOVE GREEN BEANS, but they were still pretty good. The fried white fish, YUMMY!!! And the Honey Butter Croissants, OOOO WEEE!!!

Updated Review 2023- Customer service was great! The food was really good. I couldn’t even recognize at all that our new waiter Kameala was even new! She did really good and was super attentive and on top of everything. It felt like she been their for years. Customer service is really important to me as it really effects the whole meal. And she did amazing. The salmon was cooked to perfection. Baked potato was good. And our acholic beverages were made perfectly mixed. I really enjoyed the buffalo shrimp appetizer. I ordered extra sauce to dunk them in. Everything went smoothly. No wait time at all.

We came here on Friday, neither my husband or I had been to this restaurant chain before. It was very busy but the hosts were friendly. We were told it was a 30 minute wait but got sat in about 20 minutes. Our server was great. The service was friendly and fast. Their complimentary bread are croissants basted in honey butter, which I though was a fancy touch for free bread. We ordered the coconut shrimp and Wisconsin cheese bites for our appetizer and both were great. My husband especially liked the shrimp, coconut shrimp are his favorite and these did not disappoint. For our entrees, I ordered the chicken alfredo which also is served with broccoli and garlic Texas toast. It was delicious but they left the broccoli in big florets. I think they should have either served in on the side if they were going to leave it like that or have cut it smaller so it would have been incorporated into the pasta better. Either way, I still enjoyed my meal. My husband ordered their 8 oz. sirloin with fries and corn. He loved his steak, it was cooked perfectly and he said he wants to come back here next time we have a steak dinner. We ordered their monster cookie for dessert. It was a big cookie topped with ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry. I was hoping it would be gooey, like a skillet cookie, but it was still yummy.

We have ordered takeout three times and dining in twice at this location. My takeout experience here so far from that has been amazing. Here are photos from my birthday takeout on New Year’s Day 2023 (yes my birthday is ON New Year’s and had to have this burger!). The freshness and separate items packaging has been consistent, I love that – big factors of what keeps me coming back since years ago. Though the regular+lunch menu has changed and prices are higher. So the bacon cheeseburger here is the best I’ve ever had! It’s delicious, fresh, cooked perfectly and it’s a giant portion. Then there’s the mashed potatoes, so good also. Chips are crispy, grilled chicken alfredo is top quality.

This was our first experience eating at Cheddar’s. Great food! There were many more options on the menu for sides than we usually see at a “home cooking” chain restaurant of this type. The salmon and BBQ ribs entrees were very flavorful. I LOVED the complementary crescent rolls!!! The cheese bites appetizer were also extremely good! Great experience … makes me wish we had a Cheddar’s in Georgia!

Busy Friday, as it should be. Great place for comfort food. Good service and staff. A few of them at the front however could use a correction in what they do and what it looks like on front of customers. Food does NOT disappoint.. everything so far ordered on this menu is been exceptional. Looking forward to next trip and choose yet another plate to see what they got going on.
