My husband and I got two things, first was the El Sancho hash bowl was 7/10 good but not amazing. Second was the steak breakfast burrito 8.5/10 we LOVED the flavor and it was soo good. We would definitely come back. It wasn’t too hard for us to find either. Big portion sizes. The guy that helped us out was super friendly and gave great recommendations.

This place will never ever ever pick up the phone so you cannot order over the phone. Their website is often down so you can’t order that way, and then, when you go to the place, the doors are closed even though they say they’re open, knocking on the door does nothing. This has been at least five times. I challenge anybody to call their number and get a person, you will not. the person is often sleeping in the back. Their food is nothing to write home about. To me it’s about Customer Service and being able to get a burger when I call up. This place is a joke.

Food is awful quality, tasted bad, way over priced. The fried chicken had no flavor and was leaking water! This is a corporate trap using multiple menus that look like different restaurants but it all goes to the same kitchen. I have never left a bad review before but, this was such an awful experience I couldn’t let it slide.

Well, regardless if the food was good, no one ever answers the phone, ever.. I’ve waited on the phone many many times n after 20 minutes, I call somewhere else. Also when you go into the shop, u also can not find anyone, I walk in saying “hello hello hello” n again “ hello hello hello” n the person finally wanders over to the front counter, half asleep, like they were napping, I asked questions about the menu, and they yclueless. So I tried a couple of things on the menu, basically its fast food. Nothing special. But the fact that you have to wait so long to get someone on the phone and have somebody not be able to answer questions about the menu is just a hard pass for me.

We were so confused when the uber driver dropped us off in an alley but so glad we figured it out because this place is awesome! We were visiting from Texas and this place let us each choose whatever we wanted without going to multiple places. While the alley was a little weird, it was very well lit so it wasn’t too sketchy.

The customer service was amazing. The two men working were so helpful and informative. However, the chicken was gross! It taste like it was not washed properly. The sauce was great. I also had onion rings they were great.
