Some of the best airport food I have had. The chicken fingers and fries were great. The BBQ sauce is also very good, reminds me of Wendy’s. At only $11 for the meal, it is on the cheaper side of airport food as well. I wish they had these at every airport! The food came out quick too! (~6 minutes)

Horrible Burger everything is cold. Why call it a meal when a drink isnt included. They only fill tray with half amount of Fries. Better off heating up your burger outside on the road.

The fries were great 5 Star, but the burger tasted like it wasn’t even made from meat, 1 Star. It was bland and had a non greasy texture, like it has lots of grain in it. The price was almost 15 dollars after tax for the classic ‘meal,’ which includes only the burger and fries… No drink. That was too expensive, but at the airport, choices are limited, and they probably have to pay a location fee.

My husband & I ordered dinner just now at the Sanford airport. We were given a $5 OPEN bottle of Aquafina. My husband brought the bottle back to the counter & pointed this out. He was told he was a liar. So because of the employees working at 6 pm, we purchased another $5 bottle of water elsewhere & will never spend money here again, even if we are starving. 🙂

They treat their customers poorly because their patrons are stuck in an airport and probably won’t come back anyway. I ordered a burger, fries and a drink and when I went to get a refill on my drink the lady said they don’t do refills even though they don’t have it posted anywhere. It was a fountain drink, and she was standing next to the drink fountain when she told me that. She could have easily just taken 20 seconds and given me a refill, but she didn’t. No where is it posted that they don’t do refills.

Really poor customer service. Every employee that we spoke to was very rude. Chicken tenders and French fries had no flavor. Only good thing to say was that their barbecue sauce was good.
