Really love the French toast in the coffee. Coffee was a bit of a Colombian blend. I did find little bit stronger but certainly do wish they had something like this in Vancouver. The service was amazing. None of this two pieces of small French toast that they give you in our city and charge a double the price. Sure got great food. Great service! Love it. I highly recommend it

We waited 20 minutes to be seated, no problem. But ordering and waiting 22 minutes for plain coffee put us off. We had to beg for it. This was NOT an issue of being short staffed, our waiter was bussing tables, cleaning the server area, and doing anything BUT waiting on his tables in a timely manner. After 38 minutes one part of my meal was served, cinnamon fry bread. It was fantastic! But my family was so hungry I only got three bites. At 50 minutes we got our food. I understand busy, but our waiter never communicated with us, nor did he refill our water or coffee. I ordered chicken fried steak. It comes with a biscuit and hash browns. My entire plate was covered in gravy. BROWN gravy!!!???? The gravy was not good!!! The hash browns tasted like gross potato soup. And the biscuit was too sweet to be covered in a savory gravy. Honestly, if they just served the steak with gravy and left the biscuit and hash browns plain, I would have been okay. But as it was served it was gross. Our server cared only for getting us out and getting more customers in. My kid’s banana pancakes were good. My family was quite aggravated that I still left a 15% tip. But even bad servers deserve to be paid.

They need to improve on the sign in; there are no buzzers or text/callbacks, you’ll have to wait outside to make sure you’re there when called. Food also took a little longer than expected.

Fun Asian fusion brunch food. The service is a little slow when it’s busy but the food makes it worth it. Kimchi mac and chicken fried steak were great.

I usually don’t complain much about service, but my experience at Cheeky Cafe was extremely poor.

Very unique and it was good for the price I paid for! I enjoyed the pasta and the store inside was pretty calm and collected

The loco modo was very hearty with a dense meatloaf. The chicken fried steak was also very tender and seasoned to perfection.

Absolutely fabulous! I had the Cheeky French toast with berries, loved it. It’s rare that I like the crust of something as much (if not more than) the filling. I also really like that all of their sweet breakfasts come with eggs and bacon. You don’t have to sacrifice protein to have a sweet breakfast. I thoroughly cleaned my plate.

Great ambiance, incredible food! Everything was high quality, hot and made in a good amount of time. Great service too. I recommend the lemon poppyseed pancakes and my boyfriend loved his French dip sandwich. We plan on coming by several more times to try more of the menu!!

I appreciate this brunch spot. I went on a Saturday. It’s quaint and cozy, with a lot of natural light. And at around 2pm, it was easy being seated. The server was friendly and food came out fast. I actually had a difficult time trying to pick what I wanted! It was a toss up between the garden omelette I ordered, the matcha pancakes, or the cheeky stuffed pancakes. Will be going back!
