It’s been a while since I’ve been to this place. I said, “Let me give him a try again and game on. The food was good, and it came out sizzling hot. I got the philly cheesesteak fries. The fries were crispy smothered and topped with a cheese steak, and peppers every was all in all pretty good delicious.

I recently visited Cheese Steak Restaurant in Elk Grove, and I have to say, I was blown away by the food and the service! The 100% Halal Chicken Philly was absolutely delicious – tender, juicy chicken, perfectly cooked onions and peppers, and just the right amount of cheese. And the onion rings were crispy and flavorful, the perfect side dish to complement the sandwich. But what really stood out to me was the excellent service – Kamran, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He was attentive, friendly, and took great care of me throughout my meal. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Cheese Steak Restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding service. Went to this shop bc my wife was craving a cheese steak sandwich.. the place was nice, and staff was friendly. my only gripe about this place is that the food was a bit pricey. I bought a side if fries, onion rings, and poppers .. i felt they were small for the price I paid. I give this place 3.5 stars.

A terrific cheesesteak. While I wish they had cheez whiz, provolone is an excellent consolation prize. Proper bun, proper atmosphere, but served with kindness rather than a Philly attitude. I really enjoy my meals here.

Cute little independent shop. We had the traditional cheesesteak minus the peppers and my husband had the bacon cheesesteak. Both very delicious. Soft fresh bread ,grilled onions, and tender grilled thinly sliced meat ,not sure on type of cheese used but probably a white American definitely not cheese wiz style if that is what you want. The Steak fries were fried to perfection and they have a nice clean restaurant and bathrroom as well.
