My wife and I recently celebrated our 10 year anniversary. Last minute our caterer had to pull out(still waiting to get my money back). One of my colleagues recommended Chef Richard to us and we could not have been more happy. Service is everything to us and the service we received was absolutely phenomenal! The food was even better I must say. They even had kid friendly food but when the staff saw some kids eating our food there was more than enough for them as well. Highly recommend! Catered my wedding cocktail hour and main dish, the mini shrimp and grits and chicken & waffles were the best little bite I’ve ever rated, he took the time to bread the chicken and make homemade waffles, the shrimp and grits were seasoned perfectly! The Salmon was seasoned just right for all guest and the stewed chicken or maybe jerk stewed chicken was like no other! Rice fluffy and veggies on point! And not sure where he got the dinner roll but it was soooo good! LOVE, LOVE, LOVED EVERYTHING!
