The customer service is really dry not only that the cashier sits down and waits on each customer. The bathroom is not clean/sanitized and if the bathroom is not sanitize the food is probably not clean either. I went in the restroom and the bathroom wasn’t clean. “Toilet” I only went in there to wash my hands right before I order food. Came out and starting eating. I realize that I had collected feces on my hand from the bathroom knob. I started gagging The cashier asked if I was OK I said I have to throw up. I went to the restroom threw up in the toilet and might have got some on the seat. The worker went in literally right after me. I didn’t know that I had to tell them I made a mess if she went in behind me. Long story short I was asked to never return Because of a “small” mess that was reported to the Chef, plus they were running short on paper towels. Really that’s how you treat a valuable customer or any customer??

We were passing through Pocahontas around lunchtime and didn’t want to do fast food. My wife and I got a lobster salad sandwich and a muffuletta. Both were really good. We will be back.

Interesting place, decorations, and employees. The food choices were limited, though. We were not told about the hot plate, which might have given the meal a flare. I would go back to try the hot plate, but not for a salad, sandwich, or wrap.
