Customer service could be much better. We were on our way to Jasper and thought it would be nice to stop in cute little Ball Ground on our way and have some pizza. It was just before 7 o’clock. We go in and the cook tells us they close at at 7 and asks us what we want ..

The pizza is awesome! It actually tastes like true New York Pizza. My complaints are about service. The website says they close at 7:30, but when you call, they say they close at 7. The big complaint is If you call 15 min. before close, they tell you their closed! Its happened a few times now. I hate calling that late before closing, but I usually call after leaving work and 3 times now they’ve told me they were closed around 6:40 – 6:50. If you like eating early and don’t work late, I highly recommend, just keep in mind they really close more like 6:30 – 6:45.

Everything is outstanding! An authentic Italian meal. The lasagna melts in your mouth. One bite of pizza and you’ll never go anywhere else. It’s tucked away in Ballground, GA but worth the drive.

Omg! Soooo good! We ate a large pepperoni pizza and enjoyed two cookies (chocolate chip and a peanut butter cookie) everything was absolutely delicious. Restaurant was super clean and all the tables and chairs were clean. We will most definitely be returning!

Should give it a zero. Ordered take out sandwiches and first of all – their prices on the menu don’t match what they charged us and wouldn’t give us a receipt when asked. Then we got food poisoning from it.. called the restaurant to discuss our issues and the chef got on the phone.. was EXTREMELY rude and denied that we could get sick from his “fresh” food. Said we needed to get a doctor’s note to prove our illness before they could do anything. It’s food poisoning.. you can’t get a doctor’s note from that. Highly disrespectful and will never give them our business again. Not how you treat people, especially as a small business owner. Shameful.

Cruising around on motorcycles, and decided to try the pizza in this place. One word: AWESOME. Our choice was canadian bacon and meatballs for toppings. Now, normally a pizza with meatball toppings puts small little meatballs on the pie. Not so at Chef Rosario’s !! The meatballs were made fresh that day, they are quite large, and then they are sliced thin for pizza topping. Absolutely delicious. This was a pleasant surprise in Ball Ground, GA. I will be sure to cruise back there and have a repeat pizza.
