Chef Vaughns isn’t just a typical restaurant, it’s food for your soul. The flavors to come out of the Alfredo alone is incredible. The Philly cheesesteak is incredible “add Alfredo on that.” BBQ, Buffalo and Alfredo fries are off the chain delicious. The catfish is the best catfish I’ve ever had, season to perfection and crispy on the edges. The deserts are unbelievable as well, peach cobbler, banana pudding and cheesecake is just flat out amazing. Chef Vaughns is the go to spot always because they are consistent with their food and the staff is so friendly. 5/5 all day!

Definitely a place I will be going to more often. It’s the ultimate comfort food. I suggest the Alfredo with Chicken, and definitely go for the cajun option! The small size was the perfect portion. It was plenty, but also didn’t leave me feeling like I ate too much.

Just got done eating my Philly cheesecake and fries. Never tried it before. My fiance got the same but with peach cobbler for dessert. It was phenomenal! My fiance tried the peach cobbler as we got into the car to bring our food home and he wanted to go back in to give Chef a hug but didn’t want to weird him out. He did an amazing job. Everything fresh and hot! Thank you for an amazing lunch for our 20th year together.

First time ordering from here. I seen a beautiful picture of catfish fillets and shrimp alfredo fries and I HAD TO TRY IT!! Clean restaurant. Good service. Very tasty food. The BEST catfish I have ever had! The fries were sooooo good. I will be back.

Amazingly fresh food! Been wanting to try this place for a while now. Finally got to try it today & was very impressed! Ordered chicken alfredo, catfish dinner, philly cheesesteak and cheesecake. Everything was fantastic and VERY fresh. Zero use of MSG in their food!! It was nice to finally eat a restaurant order without getting stuffed up afterwards from MSG. Everything is made to order & worth the short wait while they prepare it. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Their portions are very generous too. Looking forward to ordering from here again. You’ve gotta try this place if you haven’t already.

Wanted to love it, but the fish was woefully underseasoned. Also charging 2.25 for water. I heard great things, but my trip, not so much. I will go back to try the Alfredo though. Also everyone raves about the peach cobbler. Not good.
